Who We Serve
Clients residing in MA or RI, including telehealth users within these states
Individuals seeking outpatient mental health support
Clients who agree to practice policies and provide consent
Clients with accepted insurance or those self-paying
Clients experiencing emergencies, violent behavior, or refusal to comply with treatment are referred to higher levels of care.

Intake & Assessment: Online or phone intake followed by a clinical assessment using DSM-5 criteria

Treatment Planning: Individualized plans with measurable goals

Therapy Approaches: CBT, DBT-informed, Person-Centered, Trauma-Focused

Progress & Coordination: Ongoing evaluation with collaboration from other healthcare providers as needed.
All records are securely stored in a HIPAA-compliant system.
Clinician Information & Compliance
I am currently the sole provider, maintaining licensure in both MA and RI, completing annual continuing education, and participating in peer consultation. Should additional staff join, they will receive training and supervision to ensure compliance.
After Hours & Emergencies
This practice does not provide emergency services. In a crisis, clients should call 911, go to the nearest ER, or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. For emergencies during sessions, I conduct risk assessments and coordinate appropriate next steps. Telehealth sessions include backup phone communication and prior emergency guidance.
